Currently, we have an opening for an Export Logistics Specialist to join our West Africa team, and we need someone who is analytical, collaborative, and pays close attention to details.

As an Export Logistics Specialist, you will:

  • Manage and coordinate all finished goods shipments to export markets in the PAE region.
  • Lead the end-to-end multi-category fulfillment process to first arrival warehouses or manufacturing centers.
  • Execute both road and sea shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, timely delivery, and system compliance.
  • Track and process orders in SAP and E2SC, ensuring visibility, alignment, and adherence to service levels.
  • Optimize transportation and warehousing costs through strategic planning with Logistics Control Towers.
  • Support master data accuracy, month-end closing, and ensure Tolling Compliance across all transactions.
  • Serve as a central collaborator between internal teams, logistics providers, finance, customer service, and global stakeholders,eg Poland, South Africa, etc.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Export Logistics is key.
  • At least 2 years recent of working experience in Senegal market with prior exposure to West African markets is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English & French both is essential.
  • High level of Intermediate Excel is required - (Advanced Excel is preferred).
  • Must be highly analytical with the ability to extract, interpret and present data to advise business decisions.
  • Proven track record to work independently, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
  • We’re looking for someone who is not just experienced, but also agile, collaborative, and analytical.
  • A strong communicator who thrives on precision and takes pride in getting things done right, the first time.
  • Solid experience using SAP and working knowledge of E2SC or other order management platforms.
  • Seasoned with export logistics processes, documentation, and compliance protocols.
