Roles and Objectives

As Strategy Manager you will join the Global Operations Strategy & Excellence team.You will be accountable for driving the cost and cash governance and masterplan agenda for Global Operations functions in PMI, ensuring alignment with business priorities and flawless execution across global functions and regions.

You will be exposed from day one to senior stakeholders and you will have responsibility on leading and influencing their agenda by owning loss analysis methodology and executing performance management.

 

Your Responsibilities:  

  • Lead end‑to‑end governance of global productivity program, ensuring alignment with strategy cycle and business priorities;
  • Run performance management and influence senior stakeholders to secure decisions, resolve bottlenecks, and align on priorities;
  • Own the Loss Analysis methodology and refine standards, with identification of  improvement opportunities;
  • Prepare monthly productivity reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
  • Define and own Operations level data quality rules, validation governance, and escalation paths;
  • Partner with Digital & IT teams to Identify improvement opportunities in productivity systems and deploy them (Driving adoption across regions through training, stakeholder influence, and change management);
  • Shape the change narrative and influence senior leaders to role‑model new behaviors;
  • Lead communication strategy, ensuring clarity of expectation;
  • Drive high‑visibility engagements with Senior stakeholders to reinforce adoption and cultural alignment.

 

Who we’re looking for:  

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field;
  • 7+ years work experience in Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain;
  • Excellent problem‑solving and influencing skills;
  • Strong background in leading complex transformations and driving change in large organizations;
  • Proven capability in Senior Stakeholder Management, with the confidence to challenge the status quo;
  • Solid experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement environments;
  • Digital & Analytics knowledge with AI fluency is a strong plus;
  • Fluency in English is a must.
