Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will be part of our Operations Finance for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to Strategic Planning Analyst. The position will be based in Bologna.

In your role, you will learn how Operations Finance support overall business operations. You will be able to build skills in financial analysis, budgeting and reporting. You will support the Strategic Planning process in the local Affiliate and contribute to Strategic Planning processes of Manufacturing Region. You will Drive strategic decisions at the Affiliate and support justification of initiatives with relevant data analysis

Finally, you will Contribute to the Productivity and Cost Optimization process through ensure proper reporting and tracking of Productivity initiatives.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local Manufacturing departments and regional FC departments;
  • Analyze Manufacturing Cost and ensure Data Reliability;
  • Support Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Supporting business in identifying cost saving opportunities and generate productivities
  • Validate and report productivity initiatives through different platforms and ensure timely implementation.

Who we’re looking for:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, engaging with multi-functional stakeholders
  • Curiosity driven, problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
