Your Day to Day
As our next P&C Senior Specialist you will act as the primary People & Culture advisor and business partner for leaders of the supported areas/functions, ensuring alignment with business needs, local requirements, and labour law. You will support the business in applying P&C processes—such as talent acquisition, performance reviews, talent management actions, organisational changes, and compensation and benefits—while collaborating with P&C Centres of Expertise to implement global solutions aligned to business needs and ensure compliance with PMI guidelines and labour law, including managing employee relations topics. You will also provide change management expertise to help leaders drive organisational transformation and build competitive advantage through people.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted P&C partner for his/her areas/functions, translating business and organisational needs into actionable P&C plans;
- Act as change agent during all the occasions of interaction with the people. Foster the culture's change and coaching his/her areas/functions in the aim of bringing them in the new culture;
- Manage Employee Relations topics, dedicating significant time to handling disciplinary cases and supporting managers in resolving work-related issues in compliance with labour law and company policies;
- Perform operational activities starting from the analysis of people-related data (e.g., Total Rewards, performance, and talent management) to ensure timely and accurate deployment of P&C plans such as organisational changes, salary adjustments and contract renewals, in collaboration with P&C Operations and relevant stakeholders;
- Lead or contribute to P&C projects impacting the business, ensuring alignment with sustainability practices and promoting cooperation between internal and external stakeholders.
Who we’re looking for
- University Degree;
- 5+ Years of experience in Business Partner, HR Generalist roles, with exposure to areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR Administration.
- Proven ability to navigate complexity within large organisations;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a forward-thinking and proactive mindset;
- Project management capabilities and experience with key P&C processes and solutions;
- Coaching, mentoring, and change management expertise.
