Roles & Objectives 

As an Intern you will be part of our Initiatives Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to Supervisor Product Services. The position will be based in Bologna. 

In this role, you'll be an integral part of the Product Services team, spearheading the implementation of new and modified products within the Factory. You'll ensure seamless internal and external communication among all departments involved in new product development and industrialization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating production trials, reporting, and supporting the initial commercial production launches. Additionally, you'll mitigate risks associated with product features and direct material bases, while advocating for the standardization of products and materials to reduce complexity within the factory. 

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Support the team to monitor DIM delivery 

• Support the team to approve digital documents prior commercial production  

• Support the team in the Prj Management for a new product to be launched 

• Organize samples shipment 

Who we’re looking for  

• Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields 

• Literacy in Office Suite 

• Fluent in English and in Italian 

• Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
