Your Role
As an Intern you will be part of our EHS Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A and will be reporting to Manager Manufacturing Sustainability. The position will be based in Bologna.
What You’ll Do
-Assist in the implementation of Sustainability and EHS initiatives and tools across the factory;
-Support managers and supervisors in promoting awareness on Sustainability policies, procedures and continuous improvement activities;
-Collaborate in identifying improvement opportunities, weaknesses or emerging issues within ongoing Sustainability projects;
-Support the creation and improvement of dashboards and data models in Excel (advanced) and Power BI (preferred);
-Participate in site inspections, walkthroughs and routine Sustainability activities, supporting the team in data gathering and documentation (no autonomous risk assessment or formal evaluations).
Skills & Capabilities
-Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Safety Engineering or related fields;;
-Strong literacy in Excel, Power BI is a plus ;
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
-Fluency in English and in Italian is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
