Your Role

As Intern in Manufacturing, you will be part of our Manufacturing Department in Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna, and you will leverage your ability to analyze data and your proficiency with Power BI and Excel to generate clear insights that support daily operations, apply analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating directly with operators and spending time on the production floor to fully understand processes and challenges and explore new solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Update manufacturing KPIs on the dashboard every morning
  • Track activities and impact of Bay team members
  • Drive improvement projects that positively impact manufacturing KPIs
  • Create Power BI dashboards to track Process Support team deliverables
  • Prepare and release, under supervision, task instructions or technical procedures

 

Skills & Capabilities

  • University degree in Mechanical/Management Engineering or equivalent.
  • Literacy in Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and in Italian.
  • Strong analytical, planning and organization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team-player mindset and willingness to work with different functions

 

Rewards & Benefits

  • We offer a Internship of 6 months length, full time.
  • For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.

The expected start date for this Internship is November 2026.
