Roles & Objectives
As an Intern, you will be part of our Global CoE MT Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A./Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Sr. Manager CoE Sec. RRP. The position will be based in Crespellano (BO).
In this role, you will be part of a multicultural Global CoE team, working at the heart of PMI Manufacturing & Technology to drive KPI awareness, data-driven insights, and support global initiatives with tangible business impact.
Specific Responsibilities
- Contribute as part of a multicultural Global CoE team with exposure to global Manufacturing & Technology initiatives
- Support and drive KPI awareness, tracking, and performance updates
- Analyze and structure data to enable fact-based insights and decision-making
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Excel)Leverage AI supported tools to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support Global leads on priority initiatives
- Prepare clear summaries, insights, and presentations for global stakeholders
- Contribute to standardized reporting and governance routines within the CoE
Who we’re looking for
- Graduate in Engineering, Data Analytics, Management, Economics, or similar fields
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Interest in AI‑enabled analytics and reporting solutions
- Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment
- Clear and structured communication skills
- Proactive, curious, and willing to take ownership and create impact
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across multi‑functional, global team
