Role & Objectives

As an Intern, you will be part of our Engineering Department at Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A., reporting to the Manager Industrial Field Engineering. The position will be based in Bologna.

In this role, you will join the Industrialization team and support the revamping of our Industrialization playbook tool, updating content in line with new processes and enhancing interactivity through AI solutions.

Specific Responsibilities

• Liaise with Industrialization team members and other stakeholders to gather up-to-date information on project management processes
• Support process optimization efforts by eliminating duplication, identifying gaps, and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the Industrialization project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain a digital Industrialization Playbook, structuring historical project data and enabling real-time monitoring of project health and performance
• Contribute to the creation of an AI agent leveraging the Industrialization Playbook database to provide guidance on project management best practices during project initiation and execution

Who we’re looking for

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Interest in AI and digital knowledge management
• Strong interest in project management
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Ability to work both independently and in teams, engaging with cross-functional stakeholders

What we offer

In this position, you will earn €900 per month

• Internship contract: 6 months, full-time
• Work location: Crespellano (BO)
