Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our Engineering Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to Manager Industrial Field Engineering. The position will be based in Bologna.

In your role, you will join the Industrialization team, you will manage the revamping of our Industrialization playbook tool, updating the content following the new processes and making it more interactive leveraging on AI.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Liese with Industrialization team’s member and beyond to gather up‑to‑date information on project management process.
• Support process optimization efforts by eliminating duplication, identifying gaps and helping streamline workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Industrialization project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a digital Industrialization Playbook, creating a structured system to store historical project data and leverage it for real‑time monitoring of current project health and performance.
• Create an AI agent that leveraging on the Industrialization Playbook database can answer questions related to project management best practices to be followed when initiating and running an Industrialization project

Who we’re looking for:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Affinity with AI Digital Knowledge
• Interest in project management skills
• Fluent in English and in Italian

• Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
