Your ‘day to day’

 

  • Define and develop a comprehensive capability plan for withing MCoE and its network representatives in the factories ensuring it addresses all identified training needs and skill gaps
  • Identify and address digital capability needs for the team, staying updated on industry trends and future skill requirements
  • Support to create and manage development plans for manufacturing support communities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and personal career aspirations
  • Build and implement a master plan for capability growth within withing MCoE and its network representatives in the factories, setting milestones and tracking progress towards development goals                           
  • Lead the organization and coordination of training sessions, including logistics and scheduling, to ensure all MCoE team members and its network representatives in the factories have access to necessary training resources
  • Act as a project manager for multiple training initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution                                        
  • Identify and regularly assess team members' capabilities, using qualification matrices to track and manage skill levels, and pinpoint areas for improvement
  • Conduct regular health and reviews of training programs, adjusting training plans based on feedback and performance metrics, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure content synchronization and alignment with the OPEN+ IM&M Pillar, maintaining consistency with the required content standards                            
  • Lead the development of strategies to manage high levels of team rotation, ensuring effective knowledge retention and handover processes. This includes preparing succession plans and ensuring upfront capability readiness
  • Collaborate with peers and managers to gather input and feedback on training needs, and implement a buddy system or handover process to manage knowledge transfer
  • Participate in the design and development of new training programs, providing feedback and supporting the creation of user requirements specifications
  • Utilize available training platforms (e.g., Rosetta Stone, Udemy, edX) effectively, and coordinate with external providers for tailor-made courses                                                         

  

Who we’re looking for

 

  • University Bachelor’s Degree          
  • Experience in project management or within a training department is highly valuable. Additionally, experience in a manufacturing, technical, or engineering environment can be beneficial                                                         
  • Proficiency in OPEN+ methodology. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for training
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and plan long-term. Creativity and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Strong feedback and coaching skills. Adaptability to changing environments and needs
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure effectiveness. Data-driven decision-making capabilities
