Position Title: EHS Lead (RSPP)

As our next EHS Lead (RSPP) based in our site in Crespellano (BO) you will maintain and Improve Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) systems and programs aligned with business needs and legal requirements. You will also act as the professional EHS reference, planning and monitoring EHS activities to eliminate and decrease risk levels, promoting training programs to increase capabilities across the organization.
Your ‘Day To Day’

Assume the role of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Lead/ Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP).

Prepare and update all mandatory Health, Safety, and Environmental documentation (DVR-Risk Assessment Document, specific risk assessments, emergency plans, etc.).

Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

Plan and conduct internal HSE audits and oversee external audits.

Manage relationships with the relevant authorities responsible for environmental and safety compliance, ensuring the maintenance of all required permits and authorizations.

Promote training and awareness initiatives for employees on Health, Safety, and Environmental topics.

Contribute to the factory's Sustainability and EHS strategy and act as a role model for Safety/Sustainability;

Ensure full compliance with occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation; lead requests to local authorities for environmental authorizations and coordinate factory inspections;

Coordinate accident investigations through Sustainability Incident Management (SIM), identifying root causes and preventive actions;

Recognize and replicate best practices internally and externally to prevent injuries and environmental damage;
Who we're looking for
-
University Degree is preferred: Bachelor/Master in Engineering or Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Prevention Techniques, or a related field.;

At least 4 Years Experience as RSPP within multinational industrial complexes is mandatory;

Certified Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/08;

Strong knowledge of Italian Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation and regulatory requirements;

Experience dealing with regulatory inspections and external authorities (AUSL, Fire Brigade, Labour Inspectorate);

Experience in environmental compliance (waste, emissions, water management) is recommended;

Experience implementing and sustaining ISO 14001, ISO 45001;

Problem Solving, Investigation, and Analytical thinking skills;

Proven ability to prepare, manage, and maintain technical and regulatory documentation;

Fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken, is mandatory.

Work Location: Crespellano (BO)
In this position you will earn no less than €64.540 euros annually.
