Your ‘day to day’:
As a Civil Engineering Senior Specialist you will be responsible for the efficient design, documentation, development, and implementation of complex civil engineering projects. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering, including structural and architectural.
Your Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans and innovative designs, incorporating input from stakeholders and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate standards. Emphasis is placed on creating sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions;

Manage Design through all the project phases: from feasibility and concept design to preliminary and detailed design;

Provide expert advice on complex civil engineering issues conduct thorough analyses. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technology advancements in civil engineering;

Ensure that all design specifications and construction methods meet specific standards and regulations, and lead reviews to verify the quality of design work. Focus on precision and attention to detail in the design process;

Support construction through quality assessments;

Technical Assessment of external design and construction companies;

Identify potential design risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of all project personnel and the public;

Prepare detailed reports, project documentation, and technical specifications, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Document design decisions and modifications comprehensively.
Who we’re looking for:

6-10 Years of experience in Civil Engineering roles within large, structured multinational companies;

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (such as PE) are preferred;

Project / program management certifications are a plus;

Strong understanding of design principles and construction methodologies;

Good understanding of sourcing process and contract methodologies;

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
