Roles & Objectives
As an Intern you will be part of our Finance Department for for our two affiliates in Bologna and Rome, and will be reporting to one of our Capex Supervisors. The position will be based in Bologna.
In your role, you will join the Capex team supporting in control, record, facilitate, check as well as provide support in the Capex area to ensure availability of financial information for management's decision making and smooth actual and budgeting processes. You will be responsible for providing business partnering as well as cost controlling on capex investments
Specific Responsibilities:

Support the capital expenditure (CAPEX) and disposal requests, ensuring that each proposal clearly and accurately addresses all the relevant aspects of the project in order to facilitate the decision making process;

Help create status reports on capital expenditures, when requested, ensuring that all information is accurate and timely;

Maintain the consistency and accuracy of the financial data in the Financial Systems (SAP, GMRB, etc.) to ensure proper, accurate and timely reflection of financial data.
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate should have:
- University Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration;
- Understanding of financial statements (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow);
- Advanced use of the Office package, especially Excel;
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory, the majority of interviews will be conducted in English.
