Roles & Objectives

As an Intern, you will be part of one of our bays and will report to the Process Support Supervisor. The position will be based in Crespellano (BO).

You will leverage your ability to analyze data and your proficiency with Power BI and Excel to generate clear insights that support daily operations, apply analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, collaborating directly with operators and spending time on the production floor to fully understand processes and challenges and explore new solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Specific Responsibilities

• Update manufacturing KPIs on the dashboard every morning
• Track activities and impact of Bay team members
• Drive improvement projects that positively impact manufacturing KPIs
• Create Power BI dashboards to track Process Support team deliverables
• Prepare and release, under supervision, task instructions or technical procedures

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
