Your ‘day to day’:

 

The (Senior) Supply Chain Analyst will support the Supply Chain Analytics stream, defining and governing the analytics and automation portfolio in collaboration with SC Excellence CoE of Planning, as well as with SC Functions (CoE Planning, SyncHub, and OCS). They will also be responsible for integrating AERA's decision intelligence capabilities (use-cases) to enhance our decision-making processes, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and automation to handle large volumes of complex decisions rapidly. This includes leveraging AI-driven decision intelligence to automate routine decisions, reduce human error, and optimize operational costs

  

Your Responsibilities: 

  

  • Identify current and future needs and best practices, translated in requirements, scouting for potential solutions, follow-up thru right intake, delivery channels, perfom long tail cleaning and end of life management; 

  • Ensure the adequacy of the decision intelligence & analytics use-cases portfolio within the digital landscape and feed Supply Chain with digital requirement needs;

  • Ensure adequacy of analytics portfolio within the Digital landscape and feed SCE with Digital requirement needs; 

  • In drum beat manner, fit-gap SC capabilities: identify shortfalls and setup the right framework for upskilling in conjunction with Operations' Excellence (OPEX) and the extended SCE team (Trainings session, SH Analytics academy…); 

  • Build up an analytics communication framework in sync with SC Communication team (Newsletters, publicizing new solutions/data products or automations; 

  • Bridge logistics expertise with AI automation, machine learning models, and real-time analytics. 

  

Who we’re looking for: 

  

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in Supply Chain Analytics;  

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing related fields; 

  • Professional qualification in project management and Agile methodology; 

  • Understanding of AI-powered decision-making, machine learning models, and digital SC tools (e.g., AERA, o9, SAP IBP, SQL, Python, Power BI)

  • Experience in robotics automation is preferred (i.e. Python coding...); 

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
