Philip Morris Sales & Marketing Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Accounts Executive to join our Commercial team.

Role Purpose

The Key Accounts Executive contributes to the sustainable growth of the company’s business by developing and managing relationships with assigned Key Accounts, driving the implementation of commercial initiatives, ensuring excellence in execution, and supporting the achievement of business objectives in full compliance with tobacco control legislation and internal company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Account Management: Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with assigned Key Account partners, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term business development.
  • Business Planning & Execution: Develops and implements account-specific commercial plans aligned with company objectives, category growth opportunities, and legal requirements.
  • Negotiation & Agreement Management: Participates in commercial negotiations, supports the development of mutually beneficial agreements, and ensures their effective execution in accordance with company policies.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Tracks key business indicators, analyzes account performance, identifies opportunities for growth, and provides recommendations to improve commercial results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinates with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure successful implementation of account initiatives and achievement of shared objectives.
  • Compliance & Corporate Responsibility: Ensures all commercial activities are executed in accordance with applicable regulations, internal standards, and PMI’s commitment to responsible business practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales (FMCG) & territory management
  • Experience in applying negotiation techniques and core sales principles
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics and KA partner engagement
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid Category B driving license 
  • English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance
