Today, we are looking for a Supervisor IQOS Partners and Resellers to join our team in Morocco.

This role is based in Casablanca.

Your ‘day to day:

• Oversee logistics coordination for field frontliners.
• Plan and manage resource deployment for both manned and unmanned activations.
• Conduct regular field visits to partners and resellers to ensure quality execution.
• Evaluate and integrate new touchpoints into the indirect retail strategy.
• Monitor and assess program performance across channels.
• Implement performance management systems for field operations.
• Lead the expansion of new product categories in indirect retail.
• Pilot strategic channel shifts in collaboration with key account teams.

Who we’re looking for:

• Graduate in Marketing, Commercial, Business Administration or any related field.
• +5 years of experience in retail, field operations or partner management.
• Strong operational planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead change and drive performance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
