Today, we are looking for a Q-Commerce Commercial Channels Lead to join our team in Morocco.

This role is based in Casablanca.

Your ‘day to day:

• Own and grow the Q‑Commerce channel across the market, ensuring strong commercial performance and expansion.
• Drive seamless online‑to‑offline integration, connecting digital activation with physical retail execution.
• Lead last‑mile operational performance, ensuring KPI delivery, SLA compliance, and continuous optimization.
• Act as the Q‑Commerce commercial lead, aligning Digital, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Identify and pilot new growth opportunities in fast delivery, convenience commerce, and hybrid models.
• Contribute to commercial strategy and planning, representing Q‑Commerce in business reviews and planning cycles.

Who we’re looking for:

• Graduate in Business Studies, Engineering, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• +3 years of experience in E‑Commerce, Q‑Commerce, FMCG or Trade Operations.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, consumer activation, and fulfillment models.
• Solid commercial acumen and data‑driven mindset.
• Exposure to partner management, rollouts, or commercial execution is a strong plus
• Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
