Today, we are looking for a Product & Experience Delivery (P&ED) Specialist to join our team in Morocco.

This role is based in Casablanca

Your ‘day to day

Working together within a diverse and a multinational team, you will lead and ensure high standards and efficient deliverables of full range of P&ED services for PMI entities in Maghreb (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia), including personnel & local benefits administration, relocation services and payroll, time & attendance as well as provide the local support for global P&C processes

More specifically you will

• Ensure implementation of P&ED strategies in alignment with business needs, P&C objectives and local requirements.
• Lead and monitor the local benefits portfolio with broker and vendors to ensure they are meaningful, cost effective, adequate for the market and to PMI standards and effectively communicated and administered.
• Lead and ensure effective maintenance of affiliate’s personnel administration and documentation in full compliance with legal statutory and company requirements.
• Ensure that payroll, time and attendance processes are performed timely and accurately, in line with the local legislation and PMI internal payroll procedure and in close cooperation with central teams and the vendor.
• Monitor and ensure timely preparation, update and amending of policies and procedures required based on the local legislation.
• Provide local destination services support for relocating employees, new hires from abroad and their families, in close cooperation with vendors and the Global Mobility team.
• Manage demand, cost and quality of all local P&ED services and ensure proactive controls, risk and compliance processes, including audit compliance.
• Provide consultative and advisory support to People & Culture on P&ED matters.

Who we’re looking for

• Graduate in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
• Experience in a multinational company, including collaboration with distant teams
• Experience with payroll management is a strong asset
• Strong communication & interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
