The Senior IT Business Analyst is part of our IT department; they will support our commercial and consumer functions by gathering and analysing business requirements, documenting associated user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with business collaborators, cross-functional teams, and product owners to ensure the end-to-end delivery of expectations is accurate and effective.

 

 

Your day to day

  • Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics. Performing requirements elicitation and analysis and validating the business needs of all partners.
  • Analyses and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, and feasibility.
  • Works with collaborators and the project team to prioritize the requirements.
  • Analyse data elements and systems, data flow, dependencies, and relationships to contribute to the conceptual physical and logical data models
  • Review and validate the collected data to ensure data is within the required quality standards
  • Design and develop integration service (ETL)
  • Ensure alignment to all PMI policies and guidelines on security and compliance by assessing and implementing IT IPG requirements and Data Privacy (policies, guidelines, SOX, GDPR, etc.) to minimize risks regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data

 

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems or Similar
  • Certification in Salesforce Admin is essential
  • 10-15 years of experience in business analysis and systems development
  • 5-7 years of understanding of Agile working practices and LEAN and SCRUM proficiency and working collaboratively across teams with experience in developing requirements for the creation of a solution or application from scratch
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in requirements elicitation, gathering, documentation and management and analysing business needs and providing solutions, working in an agile environment
  • Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools (PowerBI) is key
  • Good understanding and experience with software testing strategy, approaches, and techniques (from quality assurance, and regression to UAT)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements for the development of a solution or application from inception
  • A strong understanding of data flow, data sources, system integration
