About the program
Our 36-month Future Leaders Program is designed for bold, ambitious professionals ready to introduce new ideas and lead change across borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you will gain exposure to diverse markets, senior leaders, and meaningful business challenges.

Your leadership journey
Your experience starts in your home market and culminates in an international assignment.

1. Home market immersion

• Gain business fluency through exposure to PMI's home market operations, commercial landscape, transformation agenda, and priorities.
• Shape outcomes across functions by working with diverse teams to address regional opportunities and drive progress.
• Build your leadership foundation by owning key projects and strengthening decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

2. International assignment

• Develop cultural agility and a global mindset by leading in a new market and navigating local practices and regulations.

Who can apply?

We are looking for forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and want to shape the future. You should have:

• Completed university degree (Bachelor's or higher).
• At least 5 years' professional experience in a global organisation, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
• Advanced English fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Legal right to work in South Africa without sponsorship.
• Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to apply business insights.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
