Field Commercial Executive
- Maximize sales and achieve territory volume objective of total PMFTC portfolio
- Provides and maintains quality customer service and develops effective relationships at retail in order to position PMFTC as preferred business partner and maintain competitive advantage
Sales Assistant / Driver (at least High school diploma holder)
- Assist the Retail Salesman in the execution of agreed sales activities within the assigned territory in order to achieve agreed volume, collection, and distribution targets.
Field Sales Auditor
- Perform Audit function to assess validity and accuracy of Salesman accountabilities – sales, stock inventory reconciliation, daily collection and remittances, collection or status of outstanding AR
- Relieving function where needed to sustain business operations
Business Building Executive
- Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities in your assigned territory to support achievement of volume and market share growth
- Implement national and local trade programs, adult consumer promotions, and engagement activities
Supervisor Business Building
- Supervise the deployment and ensures excellence of all commercial activities and engagement of retail and wholesale in assigned territory or district
- Supports the sales team for distribution of newly launched brands in assigned territory
Skill and competencies:
- Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
- Field sales exposure is an advantage
- With relevant sales/marketing projects and initiatives
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a manual transmission
- Should be comfortable to ride a panel truck / L300 (closed van)
Work Location: Mangaldan and Bauang Sales Office – should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by Mangaldan and Bauang sales office
Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
