We are looking for an experienced Cluster- Integrated Talent Management Manager based in Cairo. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in a similar role is required, together with excellent command of English and Arabic. 

 

Rise to the Challenge

 

As the ITM manager you will be responsible to drive the cluster ITM function, by defining the integrated talent management strategies, aligned with the PMI business imperatives. Ensures relevant and contemporary ITM practices, infrastructures, and capabilities are deployed, through internal and external solutions, in order to develop and secure a strong talent pipeline, supporting today’s and future business needs.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

·       Define the cluster integrated talent management strategy & action plans in alignment with identified pain points

·       Mobilizing retention and development of talents through targeted action

·       providing input on integrated talent management requirements and priorities across the cluster

·       Develops Key capability-building programmes for the Cluster as defined in the P&C strategy

·       Act as the guardian of good practice for the cluster-wide Talent Review and performance management processes.

·       Drive leadership change top bottom approach focusing on creating a positive organisational impact and psychological safety for increased innovation and inclusivity

·       Define TA Strategy & TA Plans for Talent Acquisition cycle (Attraction, Sourcing, Selection, Onboarding)

·       Partner with the business to understand talents gaps, refine, and develop the strategy for talent acquisition and set of concrete initiatives and metrics to realize it

·       Stay updated of latest TA external trends and best practices and bring them to the organization

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

 

·       Highly experienced HR professional in matrixed organization, ideally in a mature Global Business Services environment

·       10 – 15 years of experience focused on organization development and talent acquisition

·       Track record of delivering complex assignments relating to talent management

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface comfortably at all levels in the organisation

·       Training content development and Facilitation skills

·       Strong leadership skills
