This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.
The Sales Operations Manager role is a critical role in our high-performing sales team. This candidate is responsible for coordinating multiple commercial activities for our account teams to speed execution of Account Sales Initiatives to efficiently grow operating profits and revenues year to year. He/ she serves as the main contact between the account team and corporate office resources. He/ she is self-motivated to achieve their personal best every day while creating an environment where cooperation, credibility, candor, consistency and a commitment to exceptional performance exists.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Coordination of reset planning and logistics for assigned accounts.
- POG planning and execution of PMI U.S. portfolio which requires knowledge of POG software
- Coordination of multiple retail facing activities such as monthly chain pricing communication and execution across multiple states of accounts store locations.
- Coordinates pricing surveys and validation of Day 1 price execution across all stores in an account in coordination with the field sales team.
- Manages and completes forms required by retailers to ensure new item set up, ordering of signage and other retailer specific processes and platforms across assigned accounts.
- Validates and ensures submission of payments to retailers based on performance, including but not limited to promotion payments, position payments, digital loyalty, space and merchandising agreements.
- Maintains and ensures accuracy of accounts’ ship list to enable pricing, equipment and signage distribution.
- Collaborates with retail team to ensure appropriate coverage to support account team initiatives.
- Serves as point person to facilitate insights and reporting to support the account team’s needs to achieve account sales initiatives, working closely with corporate resource teams.
- Provide execution based metric reporting such as vacancy coverage, call coverage, and chain outlet count as needed by account team.

Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA, BBA, or BS) or equivalent relevant work experience required.
- Minimum three years’ experience in Account Management and/or wholesaler management required.
- Proven ability to communicate with impact in written and verbal. Good presentation development and delivery skills are mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Spaceman/ JDA software
- Strong understanding and utilization of resources such as:
- Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word
- MSA data
- CRM (MAFs, store lists, trade programs, campaigns, customer contact information, authorized items)
- Syndicated data
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $75,000 to $100,000
