This position sits within our Swedish Match affiliate.

The Regional Account Support Sr. Specialist provides analytical and strategic support to the sales organization. This role analyzes sales performance, identifies trends, and delivers insights that help optimize sales efforts and achieve business objectives. The position partners closely with Account Managers, Regional Directors, and key stakeholders to support customer planning, brand performance, and revenue growth.
Your day-to-day:
•    Analyze sales data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations for Account Managers and leadership.
•    Evaluate sales promotions and campaigns, recommending adjustments based on performance and consumer response.
•    Partner with Account Managers to identify client needs, improvement opportunities, and data-driven growth strategies.
•    Develop and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
•    Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and promotional calendars to support account strategy and category growth.
•    Lead planning and optimization of promotional initiatives, loyalty programs, brand-building efforts, and joint business partnerships.
•    Evaluate pricing and promotional performance to maximize ROI and business results.
•    Foster innovation and strategic account growth by leveraging consumer, market, and sales insights.
•    Support a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Who we're looking for:
•    Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, attention to detail, and strong execution.
•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
•    Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Annual Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000
