We are looking for a Trade Visibility Support Specialist to join our Commercial team in Buenos Aires. This role will support the development and implementation of permanent communication materials across POS and EZD channels, helping strengthen brand visibility in the trade environment and contributing to the execution of commercial plans.

Your ‘day to day’

As Trade Visibility Support Specialist, you will support affiliates and regional teams in the development, implementation, tracking and continuous improvement of permanent visibility materials.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient and high-quality execution of commercial visibility initiatives.

More specifically, you will:

• Manage and maintain the unified database of the Visibility Network, ensuring a clear inventory of installed materials at each point of sale.
• Support the segmentation of brand communication strategies across different locations and channels.
• Collaborate in vendor selection processes, including prototyping, material selection and final quality control.
• Support the preparation of project briefs and provide daily follow-up to ensure timely and accurate implementation of commercial strategies.
• Assist affiliates and regional teams in cross-functional projects related to local and international vendor development.
• Prepare installation and maintenance guidelines for vendors responsible for permanent materials.
• Support the planning of materials production for each sales cycle and communication campaign.
• Track activities, identify potential issues and share observations to support execution plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and support the implementation of global tools and initiatives.

Who we’re looking for

• College / University degree.
• Fluent English level.
• At least 2 years of experience with a good understanding of business and digital systems/tools.
• Experience managing communication with customers or internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a multicultural environment.
• Strong customer orientation and results delivery mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and propose practical improvements.
• High digital savviness and curiosity towards digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of commercial business cycles, trade marketing concepts, merchandising and visibility solutions is a plus.
• Project management knowledge is a plus.
• Portuguese or another language will be considered an asset.
