This role is an opportunity to contribute to that transformation by supporting our affiliates in the execution of trade programs, digital engagement initiatives and commercial activities that help strengthen customer experience, increase digital adoption and position PMI as the preferred supplier.

 

 

Your Day to Day

 

  • Execute content development strategies defined by the Commercial teams, working closely with markets across LA&C to support commercial activities and address potential pain points.
  • Support the end-to-end process of program creation, helping enhance brand positioning and build stronger engagement with retailers.
  • Participate in editorial meetings to understand program strategies and translate them into concrete actions that drive business impact and engagement.
  • Ensure program understanding and support retailers campaign execution, following up on task delivery according to defined calendars.
  • Carry out budget monitoring and follow-up to support an efficient allocation of resources.
  • Support relationships with internal and external stakeholders by attending regular meetings and following up on actions aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Track activities, identify potential issues and share observations to support execution plans and service performance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, remove unnecessary steps and promote global tools and initiatives aligned with commercial plans.

 

 

 

What We Are Looking For

 

  • University degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience, ideally with exposure to business and digital systems/tools.
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong retailer-centric orientation and ability to manage communication with different stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a multicultural environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive and quick-learning profile, with curiosity towards digital platforms.
  • Good understanding of Commercial, Marketing or Trade Marketing business cycles will be considered a plus.
  • Project management knowledge and familiarity with trade marketing concepts such as merchandising, visibility solutions, retail format execution and activity resource planning will be valued.
