Your day to day
- Support our affiliates to plan and effectively implement the trade programs for the different channels, with proper checks and balances. Execute content development strategies, working closely with respective markets (among LA&C) to support commercial activities and to identify/address possible pain points.
- Enhance brand positioning by fostering an emotional connection with users, while efficiently supporting the end-to-end process of program creation.
- Engage in editorial meetings to effectively understand and implement the program strategy, driving business impact and boosting engagement, while keeping retailers at the core through a deep understanding of their needs.
- Ensure program understanding and facilitate Field Sales Force management and comply task delivery based on defined calendar.
- Carry out budget monitoring and follow-up to ensure optimal and efficient allocation of resources.
- Support stakeholder relationships by attending regular meetings and assisting with actions that align with consumer needs and business goals, keeping both internal and external partners engaged.
- Support service performance by tracking activities, spotting potential issues, and sharing observations to help guide execution plans.
- Support the analysis of business operations by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting practical actions.
Who we’re looking for
- Advanced student or degree, preferably in Marketing, Commercialization, Administration or Economics.
- Fluent/advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Have at least 2 years of experience with good understanding of business and digital systems/tools.
- Relevant experience in managing communication with Customers.
- Strong social, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, results delivery and presentation skills.
- Proficient in handling MS Office.
