Your Day to Day
· Act as the main point of contact for 3PL and logistics vendors, ensuring service excellence and operational stability.
· Monitor and manage supplier performance based on SLAs, SOWs and KPIs.
· Lead performance reviews, reporting, deviation analysis and corrective action plans.
· Coordinate warehouse and inventory activities in collaboration with logistics providers.
· Ensure proper control and management of locally required documentation related to logistics and warehouse operations.
· Support vendor governance and negotiation processes together with internal stakeholders.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation and the integration of AI-based tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.
· Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement and other teams.
What are we looking for
· University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
· 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain operations, with strong exposure to 3PL / vendor management within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or electronic industry.
· Solid experience working with SAP or ERP systems (WMS knowledge is a plus).
· Strong analytical skills and advanced use of MS Excel is highly valued.
· Experience tracking KPIs, preparing performance reports and managing operational issues.
· Exposure to automation, digital solutions and AI-enabled tools is a strong advantage.
· Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
· Fluent English, written and spoken.
· Flexibility in working hours is required, in line with business needs.
