The Supply Chain Services Specialist supports the day-to-day execution of the B2C Supply Chain operation, ensuring smooth coordination across Logistics Service Providers, Customer Service teams, couriers, warehouses, and other business stakeholders.
This position is responsible for monitoring order fulfillment and deliveries, tracking shipments and returns, reconciling inventory across systems, supporting operational governance activities, and preparing reports and KPIs that provide visibility into supply chain performance.
What You'll Do
-Coordinate daily activities with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), couriers, Customer Service teams, and business stakeholders.
-Monitor order status, delivery performance, returns, and operational escalations.
-Perform inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies across operational systems.
-Support operational governance activities, including purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice validation, accrual support, and courier tracking.
-Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational trackers.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives within the B2C Supply Chain operation.
-Contribute to new product launches, product transitions, system enhancements, and process improvement projects.
Skills & Capabilities
We are looking for someone with:
-A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production Engineering, or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Control, Warehousing, or similar functions.
-Experience working with ERP systems, SAP (MRP/S4HANA), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
-Fluent English, both written and spoken.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Advanced Excel skills.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
-Ability to identify risks and opportunities through data analysis.
-Exposure to project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
