Your Day to Day 

 

  • Lead order to invoice processes with a focus on delivering superior customer service while meeting customers predefined deadlines, ensuring deployment industry leading standards
  • Support business commitments trough on time, proactive communication as well driving first class operation. Taking lead on introducing best practices across various locations
  • Execute strategy provided by Order to Cash LT and secure operational leadership thru define and introduction of process metrics
  • Maintain agile environment and re-prioritize workload for the team to balance expected seasonal processing workloads picks, customers issue remediation, business growth and scope migrations
  • Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication with trust and accountability
  • Collaborate with the affiliates to discuss operational KPI and other topics / issues on the O2I end to end services (Client Relationship Management)
  • Lead talent development of the Order to Invoice through recruitment, training, coaching, project assignment, empowerment
  • Provide guidance and supervision to the team by setting and implementing team goals or objectives, supervising, training or guiding team members,  engaging and motivating team members, providing effective feedback and manage hybrid global team of supervisors
  • Ensure compliance of leadership style with PMI standards & policies

 

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • A self-driven professional with university degree, preferably in Logistics, International Trade or Supply Chain
  • A fluent English speaker with at least 3 years of experience, preferably within Order to Cash and team management experience
  • A candidate with understanding of the operational Supply Chain processes,
  • An individual familiar with the basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • A self-starter who is comfortable with fast-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced, and work needs to be prioritized.
  • With experience in using Microsoft Office tools and SAP
  • With excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experiences with migration of processes will be an asset
