We are now recruiting for a new Supervisor IBP CC South Cluster to join our Operations Customer Service (OCS) team in Buenos Aires!

Your purpose –

In this role, you will play a key role in facilitating the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for CC categories to create an aligned market demand plan approved by the Market Management team. You will partner with Operations colleague and Commercial functions and use your customer-centric approach to present solutions that mitigate inventory and planning issues, while consistently striving for excellence across the end-to-end supply chain value chain.

Your ‘day to day’ –

• Collect and integrate business intelligence from Strategy, Commercial, Category and Finance teams
• Managing supply and demand to ensure effective inventory management, identifying risks and opportunities within the plan (Mitigation plan to reduce inefficiencies on LOGD/LOMD)
• The role also requires collaboration with various teams to capture market trends, enrich sales forecasts, analyse sales performance, aligning pro/con while facilitating the planning of new product initiatives/delisting, etc.
• Being a key counterpart to global Supply Chain functions, e.g. Supply Planning, Market Planning, Fulfilment.
• Participation in Supply Chain projects and executing local implementation of process improvements and digitalization are key components of the position.

Who we’re looking for -

• A Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance.
• Ability to lead S&OP meetings and Project management skills.
• Working knowledge of Project / product prioritization process and tools.
• Competent user and application of planning and forecasting systems (SAP, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions (E2OPEN suite or others), utilising data to inform strategic decision (including predictive and prescriptive analytics and planning skills)
• Confirmed working knowledge of major financial concepts (profit & loss, cash flow statement) and principles of PM budget cycle (OB, RF), working knowledge of financial Planning systems
• Proven financial and commercial awareness, and ability to connect the dots and prioritise
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
