Your Day to Day 

 

  • Data Analysis. Deep-dive into the data to find insights that drive the strategy and implementation of new projects across functions and markets. Develop recommendations and prepare actionable proposals. 
  • Data Visualization & Dashboarding. Bring transparency to business by building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI that support key activities and decision making. 
  • Data Management. Automate and optimize data collection, transformation, loading, analysis, and monitoring processes. Build and maintain data pipelines using Snowflake (and DBT), applying data quality checks and governance best practices. 
  • Project Management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and other global teams to resolve the most challenging issues. 
  • Advanced Analytics. You might participate in AI / Machine Learning projects, contributing to advanced solutions. 
  • Leader among peers. Expected to onboard, train, and coach more junior team members to help them grow and develop.  

 

 

What are we looking for

 

  • Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of total experience with Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or other relevant fields. 
  • Experience with database technology and querying (ETL/DW, SQL) as well as programming languages (R, Python) is a plus.   
  • Working experience with Microsoft Power BI for reporting and dashboard development. 
  • Solid experience with SQL and Snowflake for querying, data exploration, and performance-aware data retrieval. 
  • Experience with data quality practices: validation, monitoring, and ensuring reliable datasets for BI consumption. 
  • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with DBT for data transformation and pipeline development is a plus. 
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude. 
  • Applied statistics (hypothesis testing, causal inference, experimental design) and feature engineering skills are a plus. 
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, not afraid to take initiative and be innovative. 
  • Experience with project planning (communicating & ensuring timely & quality delivery) and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Strong active listening and communication skills to build partnerships at all levels and ability to explain complex matters to non-technical experts. 
  • Working experience in agile environments with a strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks is a clear advantage.
