Your Day to Day

 

  • Manage end‑to‑end Order & Invoice Management processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding orders, invoicing, and related documentation.
  • Analyze, investigate, and resolve complex issues and discrepancies related to orders, invoices, and master data.
  • Ensure smooth data flow across systems (SAP and related tools) and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Monitor and report on key process KPIs (e.g., accuracy, aging, backlog, service levels) and take action to address deviations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and process optimization.
  • Provide guidance and functional support to more junior team members, acting as a subject matter expert for the O&I process.
  • Support transition, migration, or transformation projects impacting Order & Invoice Management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.

 

 

 

 

What are we looking for

 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Solid senior‑level experience in Order Management, Invoice Management, Order to Invoice / Order to Cash processes, preferably in a corporate or GBS environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP (ideally in sales, billing, or O2I‑related modules).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a regional or global environment.
  • Experience tracking KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
  • Advanced English, with the ability to communicate fluently and confidently with international stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results‑oriented profile with strong attention to detail and focus on quality and customer service.
  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
