Your day to day

• Execute test scenarios to validate the implementation of the new Human Resources system.
• Perform and ensure accurate analysis of employee-related expenses, including local and expatriate populations.
• Be responsible for the correct internal recharge of expatriate costs across PMI affiliates.
• Provide analysis and support for internal and external audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, eliminate inefficiencies and actively promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with international stakeholders in a global and diverse environment.

Who we’re looking for

• An energetic and motivated professional with a university degree, preferably in Finance, Business Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent (considered a strong advantage).
• Ability to independently engage in 1:1 interactions in English.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with integrated financial systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large volumes of data and manage ad‑hoc requests under demanding timelines.
• A self-driven and autonomous individual, while remaining flexible and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
