Your day to day

 

  • Manage and govern operational calculation, validation and consolidation of selling and purchasing conditions enabling business processes for US affiliates to operate in an accurate and complete manner (SOX control).
  • Ensure timely Product Pricing data completeness in SAP (and other systems used) to enable sales of goods, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve it.
  • Ensure Material Master extension process is complete, accurate and performed on time.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for project teams regarding queries and activities related to the Product Pricing data processes.
  • Proactively analyze product pricing and its reference data and identify opportunities to improve data quality or its processes.
  • Actively participate in roadmaps, projects, and initiatives impacting finance, selling and purchasing processes across US affiliates.
  • Work closely with various business leaders among PMI resenting markets, business functions, data teams and control teams to understand user and process needs, pain points and anticipate future requirements.

 

Who we are looking for

 

  • Advanced student or university degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or Data Management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 2+ years of experience in Master Data, Supply Chain, Procurement or Logistics related areas within a complex, international organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP, S4 Retail, Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Experience with Dynfo, VBA, Python Winshuttle considered as an asset.
  • Solid understanding of internal controls, SOX, tax, and other requirements impacting product pricing process.
  • Proven experience leading initiatives, projects, or acting as SME.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions as well as attention to the details.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environment, positive mindset in responding to challenges. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills as well as storytelling to collaborate with senior business stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization and automation.
