Position Title:  Order to Cash B2C Specialist

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site per week

At PMI, we're transforming our business to deliver a smoke-free future. We're looking for an Order to Cash (B2C) Specialist to join our Finance Operations team in Buenos Aires. In this role, you'll support end-to-end O2C processes, ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely reconciliations, excellent customer service, and continuous process improvement.

Impact You'll Own

As an Order to Cash (B2C) Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting financial accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence through efficient execution of O2C activities.

What You'll Do
Process sales orders, maintain customer accounts, and allocate payments.
Perform payment and account reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Support balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial controls.
Monitor outstanding balances and support collection activities.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
Contribute to financial reporting and maintain accurate transaction records.
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes.
Participate in audits, testing activities, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, Shared Services, or similar areas.
Fluent English communication skills.
Understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Advanced Excel skills.
SAP or ERP experience is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
