Your ‘day to day’ 

As Manager Multi Category Coaches, you will lead and develop face-to-face commercial teams, driving performance, operational excellence, and consumer experience across Argentina. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Lead a multi-layer team structure, managing managers and ensuring alignment, capability development, and consistent execution across all teams. 

  • Build and foster a high-performance, collaborative, and engaged commercial organization focused on sustainable results. 

  • Oversee the relationship with outsourced staffing agencies, ensuring proper workforce planning and operational excellence. 

  • Drive initiatives to reduce staff turnover and enhance team stability and consumer experience. 

  • Accelerate business growth through customer acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales strategies. 

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. 

  • Translate consumer insights and field data into actionable commercial plans and execution strategies. 

  • Manage and optimize the area budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets. 

  • Ensure best-in-class execution and compliance with internal policies through robust controls and risk management practices. 

 

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field. 

  • +8 years of experience in commercial roles within FMCG companies. 

  • At least 2 years of experience leading field sales teams in indirect retail environments. 

  • Solid experience managing third-party vendors or staffing agencies. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and performance dashboards. 

  • Proven experience in budget management and cost control. 

  • Advanced English level. 

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities. 

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage complex or escalated situations. 

  • Strategic mindset with strong focus on results and customer experience. 

  • Ability to transform data and insights into impactful business actions. 

  • Knowledge of compliance, internal controls, and risk management practices.
