'Your day to day

• Support the digital strategy design and implement actions in Digital Campaign Management (Justscan), direct communication plans to the database (CRM) and e-commerce conversion optimization plans.
• Manage information on performance through Dashboards in PowerBI/Looker Studio, etc., to prepare periodic reports for decision making.
• Manage and coordinate necessary actions with digital and content agencies, as well as the global digital team.
• Develop and coordinate projects with the Content Marketing and multifunction teams (Sales, Strategy, eCommerce, DTE, IT).
• Focus on CRM local Management, creation of journeys with the global team and the agency, monitoring and optimization of campaigns.
• Data collection and validation aligned with federal law and internal regulation.
• Propose segmentation and profiling strategy of the consumers´ database for the conventional business with a view to the smoke-free products business.

Who we are looking for

• University degree in Marketing, Commercialization, Business Administration, Digital Business, Communications, Advertising or similar.

• Fluent/advanced English, both written and spoken.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in Business processes with focus on Commercial B2C, Digital and Data Analytics
• Relevant experience in managing communication with customers, and using CRM and digital marketing tools (ex. Google Analytics).
• Strong influencing, organizational, analytical, results delivery and presentation skills.
• Proficient in handling MS Office. Decision making based on use of dashboards (Power BI and Google Looker).
