In SFP Omnichannel Desing Order to Cash team we are looking for or a Lead Deployment Order to Cash.

“Your Day to Day”

In this position, you will work closely with key stakeholders, such us: markets, IT, Supply Chain, Commercial, Digital and GBS teams. This position is also the key point of contact for SFP (Smoke Free Products) related projects and a link between markets and other GBS support areas. You will define and provide financial process and systems expertise to support initiatives, which will enable the commercial success of our smoke free product portfolio, as well as our Trade projects.

· Be key contact for the markets to deploy SFP projects in B2C & B2B areas

· Contribute to the development and deployment of digital front end capabilities and corresponding back end functionalities

· Oversee and advise on solutions design that bridge the gaps between front and back end solutions

· Close cooperate with Design Team to streamline and standardize Order to Cash Processes

· Support markets with the set-up of new processes and solutions in the B2C & B2B domain. Identify process improvement opportunities

· Coordinate related topics between Affiliates, Region, Global and Local Teams

What are we looking for

A self-driven professional with university degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain

· Minimum 2 years of experience in product analysis, project management, operational or customer support, compliance, data management or similar roles in a global corporate environment

· Very good communication skills and ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

· Excellent analytical & research skills combined with orientation to constantly expand knowledge

· Ability to work independently in very dynamic and challenging environment

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles

· Expertise in SAP, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

· Innovative thinker and drive for simplification

· Ability to work independently and cross functional

· Excellent interpersonal skills with facility to work with a variety of departments

· Experience working with eCommerce, Brand Retail, Customer Care and Digital Teams is an asset

· End to end process & systems knowledge for selected O2C areas

· Project management skills (as an asset), priority setting skills

· Presentation skills

· Understanding of risk and controls
