Your role
As Business Intelligence Manager, you will lead a team responsible for turning data into insights that matter. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring analytics solutions are relevant, impactful, and aligned with business priorities.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop a small to mid‑sized Business Intelligence team, fostering high performance and continuous growth
- Translate complex business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support strategic and operational decisions
- Analyze large and diverse datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain robust semantic data models, ensuring strong and reliable data foundations
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align insights with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, tools, and ways of working
- Promote data literacy and best practices across teams
Who we’re looking for
- University degree completed; postgraduate studies or specialization in Data, Analytics, Business or related fields are a plus
- Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management
- Proven people management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development
- Deep expertise in data analysis, reporting, and insight storytelling
- Ability to manage complexity and influence stakeholders across multiple functions
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources and translating insights into business actions
- Fluent English
