We are looking for a commercially driven professional to join our Commercial team as a Key Account Management Sr Executive. This role requires a strong ability to navigate complex business environments, lead high-impact negotiations, and build trusted relationships with strategic customers and internal stakeholders. 

 

What You’ll Do

Working focuses on medium to long-term planning and face-to-face or digital selling of a variety of products, services and/or solutions across multiple lines of business for a defined group of existing clients including:

  • Developing medium to long-range sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify the relationship with a defined group of existing customers Identifying and managing interactions to identify cross/up and repeat sales opportunities;
  • Resolving problems and ensuring customers receive high quality customer service;
  • Developing client retention and growth plans and strategies for developing profitable business with assigned accounts; 
  • Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunity and market trends.

 

Skills & Capabilities

  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage challenging stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business results.
  • Executive presence and influencing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • University degree.
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory), including strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Valid driver´s license (mandatory)
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
