Position Title: IBP Supervisor (Integrated Business Planning)

Your Day to Day:
- Lead and oversee a team of supply chain analysts, providing guidelines, support, and training to ensure accurate shipment forecast effective inventory management, demand planning and replenishment activities supporting operations in the region.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, simplifying processes and increasing efficiency through automation and standardization
- Promote a data-driven culture leveraging reporting tools, dashboards and advanced analytics
- Foster the adoption of digital and agile ways of working, including the integration of AI-based solutions to improve decision-making and operational performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and improve service delivery
- Ensure effective inventory management and forecast accuracy across assigned scope
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, training and structured development plans
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and high performance
- Ensure compliance with governance, policies and supply chain standards
What are we looking for:
- A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field
- 8+ years of experience in FMCG or multinational environments, with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Demand Planning (IBP/DRP), and S&OP activities; this is considered a must-have requirement
- 3+ years of proven experience managing and developing teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus
- Proven capability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Experience working with vendors and 3PL suppliers, including monitoring and managing supplier performance against SLAs, SOWs, and KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of forecasting, analytics, and planning tools is also a must-have requirement
- Strong mindset for continuous improvement, process optimization and standardization
- Experience fostering digital adoption, including advanced use of reporting tools, automation and agile ways of working
- Interest and practical exposure to leveraging AI and advanced analytics to drive better decision-making
- Solid experience working with SAP or ERP systems (WMS knowledge is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and advanced use of MS Excel are highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
