Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. 2. Second rotation

Who we are looking for

We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Digital Business or a related field. Master’s degree in Business, Economics or MBA will be a plus.
• No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying.
• Legal right to work in the country of application (without sponsorship).
• Willingness and ability to relocate internationally and within your home market.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
• Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
• Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
• Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
• Experience based skillset:

• Strategic and commercial mindset with hands-on business experience, strong P&L ownership, and the ability to build robust business cases that drive growth in business transformation context.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence, align, and coordinate across teams to deliver results in complex environments.
• Data-driven decision maker able to turn data into actionable insights, combine effective planning with execution, and translate opportunities into impact.
• Solid end-to-end marketing and consumer understanding, with experience across multicategories, brand and pricing management, trade marketing, retail, and consumer experience, alongside a passion for developing people.
