Your day to day

• Actively operate with DTE (Digital Trade Engagement) Platform and support Change Management in DTE.
• Perform end to end process for DTE task template creation and task validation (testing, approvals and publishing) keeping the Media Plan updated based on the market request.
• Perform DTE audience creation.
• Execute DTE content publishing, managing requests and approvals from the market.
• Provide administrative support on E-ordering: retrieve orders, perform upselling & pricing, update product categories and promotions.
• Perform DTE Catalogue maintenance, updating and documenting proposed catalogue changes.
• Support and Update Trade Program Reward Management (i.e.: Incentive calculation & reconciliation)
• Support and Maintain DTE System & Platform, following up on DTE issues, ticket creation and ticket solving.
• Maintain DTE Master Data Database, performing retailer creation and user registration, ensuring clean-up of inactive accounts and performing database quality checks.
• Organize Capability Building activities: Internal and Retailers Trainings & Onboarding
• Contribute to the continuous improvement driven iteration of the process.

Who we’re looking for:

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills English, Portuguese will be an asset.
• Strong social, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in handling MS Office
• A very good understanding of the Commercial & Marketing business and Digital Tools cycles is a plus.
• Project Management is a plus.
