‘Your day to day’

 

  • Acts as a digital expert actively contributes to the key business decisions for short and long-term strategies in the responsibility area. Ensure seamless delivery of migrated tasks based on what has been agreed in the handbook - operational digital tasks on a daily/weekly/monthly frequency.
  • Supports the team with guidance and deep expertise & business acumen to reach operational excellence.
  • Takes the lead on digital related responsibilities from ideation to implementation - platform support, reporting and analysis.
  • Closely collaborate with multiple business functions such as but not limited to Global Teams, Markets & All Key Stakeholders to support operational requirements and contribute to the growth of the business. Tracks periodic voice of partner results in identifying and executing necessary actions to improve service delivery.
  • Takes part in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure process standardization, digitalization and transformation.
  • Coordinate multiple business functions simultaneously in a global environment. (i.e. IS Commercial, Legal, R&C, Marketing, Portfolio, PMBS teams and agencies). Deal and negotiate with the challenges faced by stakeholders in a global environment.
  • Conduct meetings, brainstorming sessions, trainings/onboardings to create and maintain digital awareness among all stakeholders to adhere to PMI's worldwide Digital vision and communicate its developments.
  • Prepares and follow the budget of the responsible area and effectively tracks the progress against OB targets.
  • Organize, manage and control the work of a team, motivate people and encourage their professional growth using training and other forms of career development tools. Closely analyze employee engagement index and other dimensions scores to understand the improvement areas and find solutions through team workshops.

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

  • University degree, preferably in Digital Business, Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Commercialization or related;
  • Fluent/advanced (both written/spoken) in English (mandatory);
  • Rich experience (5+ years) in business processes with focus on Digital and extensive knowledge of Commercial business cycles;
  • Proven experience in people management (2+years);
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Project management skills is a plus;
  • Proficient in handling MS Office.
