‘Your day to day’
The Digital Deployment Lead is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of digital campaigns using a proprietary web application, currently deployed in 50+ markets. S/he will drive integration and execution of a unified omni-channel digital strategy, ensuring seamless customer and stakeholder experiences across all digital touchpoints (B2C, B2B, websites, CRM, and more).
Accountabilities
- Primary point of contact for the regions/markets and digital agency for digital deployments.
- Coordinate, mobilize and synchronize various cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure technical design, development, and testing are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Ensure Brand’s identity is being followed in the campaigns to be deployed. This may require editing and proofreading materials before sharing with the delivery team to ensure accuracy of marketing materials.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns using global platform. Ensure that all teams involved in technical design, development, testing, and release are delivering what is expected from key stakeholders until successful go live.
- Capture and perfectly understand market's objectives to assess deployment feasibility. Be the go-to person when it comes to functional and technical roadmap of campaigns.
- Monitor and report on omni-channel performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology, content, and customer experience in omni-channel strategies
Who we’re looking for:
- University degree, preferably in Digital Business, IT, Marketing, Communication or related;
- Fluent/advanced (both written/spoken) in English (mandatory);
- At least 4+ years of proven experience across marketing or content project management with focus on user experience across digital channels. Must have experience across multiple digital channels, analytics, digital marketing and content principles including design and UX is preferable. Experience using CMS to update content in CSS and HTML.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Scrum Certification (Product owner, Scale, Agile Leadership) is a plus.
- Proficient in handling MS Office.
