Your day to day...
- Manage and govern operationally E2E Corporate Master Data enabling business processes for US affiliates (Corporate Master Data creation, changes, blocking/unblocking etc.) to operate in an accurate, complete, and timely manner to ensure proper bookkeeping
- Maintain the Authorized Signatory Matrix tool dedicated for workflow approval process across PMI,
- Act as the first point of escalation for project teams regarding queries and activities related to the Corporate Master Data processes.
- Proactively analyze corporate master and reference data and identify opportunities to improve data quality or its processes.
- Support the development and global adoption of finance and corporate master data management processes, as well as the implementation of related tools,
- Prepare and hold business reviews with stakeholders to review opportunities and challenges.
- Work closely with business leaders especially representing Finance function, data teams and control teams to understand user and process needs, pain points and anticipate future requirements.
Who we are looking for...
- Advanced student or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, Data Management
- Fluent level of English
- 2+ years of experience in Finance Master Data, Finance or Accounting related areas within a complex, international organization
- Experience in financial projects and knowledge of ASM, cost objects (e.g. GL accounts, Cost Centers, WBS)
- Proficiency in SAP, S4 Retail, Power BI, Power Query, Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point, Access
- Experience with Dynfo, VBA, Winshuttle considered as an asset
- Solid understanding of internal controls, SOX, and other requirements impacting finance master data
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions as well as attention to the details
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills as well as storytelling to collaborate with senior business stakeholders
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization and automation
