Your day to day
- Drive the development and adoption of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool and related processes for US affiliates, including affiliate system setup, change management support, and data migration activities.
- Provide daily support to CLM end users, resolving SNOW tickets within agreed KPIs and addressing process‑related queries, technical issues, and service requests.
- Actively educate users by identifying non‑compliant or incorrect system behaviors and delivering regular training sessions and communications
- Deliver regular reporting and lead data‑quality activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of system data
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders by participating in meetings, acting as a process expert, providing recommendations, supporting process standardization, and addressing business needs effectively.
- Participate in CLM‑related projects, including tool enhancements, interface development, new configurations, and associated testing activities.
- Work closely with business teams, including Finance, data teams, control teams, and Procurement to understand user and process needs, pain points and anticipate future requirements.
Who we are looking for
- Student advanced or University degree in Administration, Finance, or similar fields.
- Fluent in English.
- 2+ years of experience in Contract Management or related areas within a complex, international organization.
- Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point, Access
- Experience with Dynfo, VBA, Winshuttle considered as an asset.
- Solid understanding of internal controls, SOX, and other requirements impacting finance master data.
- Proven experience leading initiatives, projects, or acting as SME.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions as well as attention to the details.
- Ability to adapt to changing environment, positive mindset in responding to challenges.
- Strong presentation and communication skills as well as storytelling to collaborate with senior business stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization and automation.
