'Your day to day'
- Actively operate with Sales Platforms and support system configuration.
- Provide constant and timely support to the commercial area in the configuration of surveys and sales policies, re-structuring of sales routes, creation of roles in the applications, training to the Sales Force team in systems.
- Analyse and propose improvements related to process standardization and new system functionalities.
- Manage the correct updating of customers´ itineraries in the sales platforms, reconciling all systems on a quarterly basis to ensure that they work aligned and there is no impact on commercial indicators.
- Ensure end-to-end configuration of products in SAP. Ensure that the product is perfectly configured with everything that’s required so it is saleable.
- Engage with different global teams to ensure that the product is correctly configured from a supply chain, finance, tax, and commercial point of view in SAP. Execute UAT as required for inbound and outbound flows and other satellite systems that are also used for either B2B or B2C invoicing.
- Provide training and support to our commercial teams and field force whenever we have new-comers or new features in our SFA system, as well as escalating incidents/requests to our vendors and follow-up on these topics until resolution.
Who we’re looking for
- University degree or advanced student, preferably in Administration, Economics, Marketing or Commercialization.
- Fluent/advanced English, both written and spoken.
- Have at least 1 year of experience with good understanding of Sales & Trade Marketing business, and digital systems/tools.
- Relevant experience in managing communication with Customers.
- Strong social, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, results delivery and presentation skills.
- Proficient in handling MS Office.
- Time availability to work in one of the following shifts: 7 to 15hs, 9 to 17hs, or 14 to 22hs.
